- Manage a creative team of five promoted to a management position within four months of joining the company as a sewer.
- Collaborated with the head designer, and coordinated design execution. Responsible for Inventory management, and scheduling production runs.
- Edit and update core DECODE patterns and oversee production quality and order fulfillment.
- Expert in the use of multiple industrial sewing machines and technics, including the Juki four and five-thread Overlock Serger and Coverstich, as well as the Juki Walking Foot Heavy-Duty Single Needle machines, among others.
